AGREEMENT

The rules and regulations listed below briefly describes all of our key requirements that you must follow and are immediately applied to everyone using our application. We are dedicated to making Roaster Earn a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Roaster Earn reserves the rights to update and change this agreement at any time. Make sure to review this page from time to time.


0.8 - Banned Offer Policy | REGULATION

To protect our company, from potential chargebacks, which usually occurs within 30 to 60 Days, after the conversion date, we have established a pattern of High Risk Offers, that may appear within Offerwalls and reverse/chargeback any user, regardless any factor. We urge users to never start a Banned Offer, that is listed in the Earn Section of the app and Global Statistics! If we detect that a user has earned a reward, from a Banned Offer, we reserve all rights to take any action as we see fit, including, but not limited to: Deducting points, rejecting rewards. Banned Offers are monitored strictly and with priority, in Roaster Earn. To elaborate, we reserve all rights to reject any user reward, if the credits were obtained, by completing a banned offer. Do not complete any ever BANNED OFFER

0.9 - Instant Payment Policy, Rewards | REGULATION

Roaster Earn have an automatic Instant Payment System, which deliver rewards in less than 2 minutes. To ensure app integrity, the system only works for verified accounts/transactions. Newly created accounts with no past completed transactions, may not be eligible for instant payments. On occasion, we may need to do further manual reviews for verified transactions. These safeguards are implemented to prevent potential fraudulent activities. Roaster Earn does not guarantee that a user reward will be delivered instantly at all times. We do not guarantee that every reward will always, and at all times, be completed instantly! The fastest detected completed reward is under 10 Seconds and the longest is up to 60 Days.

1.0 - No Duplicated Accounts | RULE

To maintain the integrity of our platform and prevent fraudulent activities, users are strictly limited to a single account usage in an Offerwall/Offer. Any associated duplicate accounts may be disabled as a result of mass account creation or there might be difficulties with the service. User rewards and accounts are subject for suspension for playing with duplicate associated accounts, including attempting to withdraw rewards through different emails. 

1.1 - Prohibition of Illegal Software Usage | RULE

The use of illegal software, including but not limited to malicious scripts, bots, auto-click programs, and other forms of illicit automation, is strictly prohibited. Engaging in activities such as generating automated views, clicks, or conversions through electronic means, such as internet bots or web robots ("Bots"), or employing misleading practices like repeated manual clicks to artificially inflate user activity and revenues while using our Services, is strictly forbidden. Exploiting software bugs is also prohibited. We encourage users to report any bugs, issues, or concerns to us.

1.2 - Using VPN and Proxy is not allowed | RULE

Users are not permitted to use virtual private network ("VPN"), proxy, or any other means to obscure the true source of traffic while using our Services.

1.3 - Account Sharing and Selling | RULE

User accounts are intended for personal use only and may not be shared or sold to third parties for the purpose of simulating increased activity or any other reason. Attempting to change countries is not allowed and can result in reward rejection and/or account suspension

1.4 - Using Old App Versions is not allowed! | RULE

When a new version of the app becomes available, users will receive notifications, and prior versions will be disabled. Using old app versions or even attempting to use is not allowed.

1.5 - Account Deletion | Policy | REGULATION

To comply with Google PlayStore Guidelines, we provide an automated way to completely delete your account. By navigating to Profile - DELETE ACCOUNT, you can remove your entire account from our system. If you have any credits, points, rewards or transactions, they will all be removed. Once an account is deleted, we won't be able to restore it and you have to start from fresh, if you ever wish to use Roaster Earn again in the future. Player is not allowed to abuse the Delete Account Function in anyway. For the duration of 14 days, we will retain additional data, for security reasons. All user data is deleted, after this timeframe.

1.6 - Account Security | Verifications | REGULATION

We take security seriously. Notifications regarding necessary account changes, Verifications, Proofs, Claims will be sent through your notification page or email. Failure to follow our security team's recommendations or verifications may result in difficulty using the app and its features, with potential rejection of reward requests or restricted access. Please monitor your Email Inbox for notifications from security@roasterearn.website. If you have any email notification, it's mandatory to follow our guidelines stated in it.

1.7 - Free-to-Play and No In-App Purchases | REGULATION

Roaster Earn is entirely free to use, and we will never request cash or donations from our users. There are no hidden charges or in-app purchases required. 

1.8 - No False Claims, Fake Reviews | REGULATION

Users are not allowed to post fake reviews with the sole purpose of damaging the app reputation. Posting Fake Reviews include doing it from multiple devices, inviting/incentivizing friends. Posting inappropriate reviews, including in: Google PlayStore, Trustpilot and anywhere else. We reserve all rights to reject rewards and attempt to remove any review, that we have classified as fake.

1.9 - Copyright Property | REGULATION

Roaster Earn app may contain copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. Roaster Earn owns the copyright for the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content, as well as for the original content within the app. Users may not make false claims or publishing inappropriate content, such as identified vulnerability over the internet.

2.0 - Real-Life Rewards and Loyalty Points | REGULATION

Roaster Earn offers loyalty points, referred to as "Credits," as virtual currency for various activities. This includes completing tasks, participating in surveys, playing games, and more. Roaster Earn is not responsible for lost, stolen, refunded or incorrect transactions. Before withdrawing a reward, make sure to follow our instructions.

2.1 - Account Suspension Due to Inactivity | RULE

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts from our active databases if they remain inactive for a consecutive period of 60 days. An account is considered inactive when no "Credits" have been received, no "Rewards" requested or there has been no attempt to connect to the service. Any Credits or In-App Rewards, perks within the account will be considered void and removed.

2.2 - Referral  Systems and Fraud Prevention Policy | RULE

You are not allowed to exploit the Referral & Affiliate Systems in anyway, including but not limited to: Creating Fake/Duplicated Accounts. These abuses will never work, even if you attempt to do it from multiple devices and change IPs. You are also not allowed to exploit the Referral System, by inviting inactive frends/subscribers, for self benefits. We reserve all rights to deduct all accumulated credits and decline all transactions, for violations within the Referral  System. Your invited friends should perform activity & have completed withdrawals. If you have many referrals, we recommend to wait, before withdrawing rewards.

2.3 - Chargebacks/Reversals and Advertisers' Risk Policy | REGULATION

Chargeback/Reversal occurs when you initially complete Offerwall/Survey Task, receive your points and we get a notice that you used inappropriate methods or tools to complete the survey/offer. This negatively affects our company and we reserve all rights to take any action, in case of frequent reversals, coming from your account. We noticed most reversals occurs within 30 to 60 days, after completing offers.

2.4 - Contact Us, Regulations, and Requirements | REGULATION

For user assistance and inquiries, please contact our official support channel via email at support@roasterearn.website. To ensure a prompt response, please provide a detailed description of your issue, along with screenshots or videos, and include your registered email address. Currently, we only accept support requests in English. Please use Google Translate if needed. We will not respond to improperly formed queries or questions already addressed in our app documentation.

2.5 - Tremendous Fraud Prevention Policy | RULE

At Roaster Earn, we deliver rewards through a company called "Tremendous". Tremendous is a third-party company, specialized in delivering rewards and payouts worldwide. Tremendous uses their own fraud prevention measures, for which may flag suspicious redemptions. To ensure our partners and advertisers safety, we will automatically consider transactions, flagged based on Tremendous policies, as fraudulent and regardless how points were obtained. In a scenario where an Offerwall Rewarded your points manually, but your account gets flagged by Tremendous, we consider this a violation and your reward will be rejected. Some of the preventions that Tremendous enforces are detecting duplicate accounts, through email cycle, VPN Usage, Fraud List & More

2.6 -  Pattern Policy, High Risk Users | RULE

To ensure our advertisers and partners safety, we launch a new "Pattern" system, that would determine a probability if certain user/ user account is fraudulent. One example scenario could be if user "Full Name" and/or "Email" looks fake, even if it were not flagged as one. User name starting with "Fhgush" or "fihhtie" or "31639ja" will be automatically considered FAKE/Bot Activity and suspended/rewards rejected.  Same case is applied with any additional user data. 

2.7 - Advertising Policy, Reward Eligibility | RULE

Roaster Earn may use advertising materials & sources to acquire new users. On certain cases, some users may not be eligible to receive rewards, in Roaster Earn, if they were already rewarded once, direcly or indirectly through Roaster Earn. One case scenario would be an acquired user, from one of our company's Multi-Rewarded Campaigns, may not be eligible to get a reward as the user would of been rewarded, within our partners, for the acquisition. On that case, user is allowed to create only 1 New account, with a different Email, to be eligible to use the rewarding system. That user is not allowed to be associated with the already used Offerwall and/or Offer, previously! User needs to clear app date - reinstall from Google Play and do a fresh registration, with a new Email.

2.8 - Payout Expiration | RULE

To enhance our security measures and prevent fraudulent activities, every delivered Tremendous & Gift Me Crypto Reward, comes with minimum 5 to maximum 60 Days of expiration period. This means if user does not redeem the already delivered reward, within 5 to 60 days, from the date of delivery, that reward may get cancelled and/or invalidated. On some cases, we might be able to initiate another reward, for which you may need to contact us at support@roasterearn.website.  User is obligated to redeem every reward, from our partners, as soon as it is delivered! Do NOT HOLD rewards for more than 5 Days!
