2) Delivery via TRANSACTION - With this delivery method, you will receive a Reward Link, into your Transaction Page (Inside the app), once it's completed. From this point, you will need to open your Transaction Status, click on the Reward Link -> Enter your Registered Email for confirmation and your reward link will be visible. You need to copy-paste it and your reward will become available. 

Note: Some rewards will be completed via email, others via transactions. Always keep track of your Email/Transactions and make sure to open them daily, to not miss any reward! 

Very Important ?
- If your reward is Completed/Delivered, but afterwards cancelled, this means your account was flagged for Fraud, by using Tremendous Fraud Prevention Measures. Once this happens, your reward is no longer eligible, in according to our Rules & Regulations. (Read below to learn more about Tremendous Fraud Prevention)
- Reward link is not available/expired ? - If you see this message, from Tremendous, just try again later. Your reward is already created and will be delivered, without any extra action.

  • Redemption Email ?: Tremendous Rewards will be send from rewards@reward.tremendous.com. If your reward is completed, but you are unable to find your Email, check your spam/promotions folders and ensure to bookmark their email, to not miss any reward!
  • 5-30 Day Redemption Timeframe ?: Every Tremendous & Crypto Email/Code may expire within 5 to 30 days, after delivery. Make sure to redeem it as soon as possible. On some occasion, we may be able to initiate refund or purchase you a new code.. Always and always keep track/open daily your EMAIL Inbox and Transaction Page.
  • Auto Payments: Automatic payouts may unlock after multiple successful redemptions. We do not guarantee every reward will be instant at all times! We recommend, if you request a reward to be patient and it will be processed as soon as possible. Currently our automated payment is restricted to only certain amount of users.
  • Fees: . All Rewards with values under 5$ will have higher fees, while Rewards above 5$ values will have less fees. To leverage this, we recommend users to withdraw 5$ or more.

To protect our Offerwall/Survey partners and our advertisers from potential chargebacks, we leverage Tremendous Fraud Prevention Measures, and any flagged reward, can be subject for rejection. Each time, when you attempt to redeem a Tremendous Reward, your account undergoes a quick security check, by Tremendous, to determine and notify us, if:

  • You used VPN - Your IP Address is checked to determine if it's suspected of being a Virtual Private Network
  • Email Cycle - If you constantly change/cycle emails, to redeem rewards, you may get flagged, by Tremendous. This is considered Duplicate/Associated Account. If your account is associated with 4 or more different payout emails, this will be flagged by Tremendous & Blocked. 
  • Blocked Rewards - Got blocked once ? You are now considered high risk and any further reward might be subject for rejection.
  • Tremendous Fraud List - You ever used another similar app or website, which delivers rewards, through Tremendous, and got you blocked (Such as in Freecash ?) If that statement is true, this rule will also block you in Roaster Earn.  So if you fraud elsewhere, we'll know and may classify you as high risk & block your rewards

High-value or high-frequency redemptions may also trigger manual reviews. Always follow guidelines to avoid such issues. If your reward is "Completed" , Delivered by Tremendous and upon attempting to redeem it, if it gets cancelled by the sender, this means you got flagged for fraud. To comply with our Rules & Regulations, we reserve all rights to reject any reward,, that is flagged by Tremendous!
